Hoping I won't have drives crash on me in the future but I know where I'll take them if I do. While data recovery is not the cheapest process, I was given a reasonable price and had my files back within a week. Mike was able to provide live updates and walked me through any questions/concerns I had. Communication was excellent in person, by phone, and through email. The second drive had better luck and was able to be fully recovered. However, the good news was he was able to recover a portion of the drive which was not as damaged.
